There may be adjustments to these terms by Cut Hill Distillery at certain times. Purchases made through this site are made under South Australian Liquor License No. 57616488.

Dispatch of deliveries is due to occur within 2-5 business days, which excludes weekends and public holidays.

Products will be delivered by Cut Hill Distillery’s nominated freight company to the address provided at time of check out.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery. Cut Hill Distillery does not accept liability for delay or non-delivery of products.

If the customer is not at the delivery address when goods are delivered, an individual may accept the goods, when showing proof of age. If there is nobody available, a calling card will be left, so that the customer may arrange re-delivery at a convenient time. Goods will not be left at the delivery location unattended, nor will goods be signed for by an individual under the age of 18 years.

In the event of an ATL Authority to leave, Cut Hill Distillery will not take responsibility of lost or stolen goods. The customer is to ensure that the ATL location is safe and secure.

Prices quoted are in Australian dollars; and include GST, and all other taxes.

The customers’ rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by these terms and conditions, namely our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods are agreed to be faulty.

Cut Hill Distillery will accept responsibility if goods are wrongly described or faulty, or breach the consumer guarantee, and will replace said goods. This is if goods are not damaged/broken after delivery. The customer must notify Cut Hill Distillery within 7 days. If a delivery fee is payable for this issue, Cut Hill Distillery will be liable for these charges (only when Cut Hill Distillery is at fault or have breached a consumer guarantee. In all other circumstances, including change of mind, the delivery charge will be deducted from the refund to the member).

When placing an order with Cut Hill Distillery, you are confirming that all the details entered/provided to complete the order, and offer to purchase the goods as selected, are true and correct.

You verify that you are 18 years of age or over, as a condition of this purchase. All orders must be accepted by Cut Hill Distillery.

All specials, promotions & offers are subject to unique terms and conditions and are to be considered as ‘while stocks last’ unless otherwise mentioned.

Cut Hill Distillery supports the responsible service and consumption of alcohol in moderation.

It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. The customer therefore warrants that they are 18 years or over of age. You also warrant that you are not obtaining goods for persons under the age of 18.

Cut Hill Distillery’s liability is limited to either the replacement of products or the cost to replace, whichever is the lesser, where Cut Hill Distillery is at fault.

Products from Cut Hill Distillery are only available for resale within Australia, by agreed trade partners.

The customer must indemnify Cut Hill Distillery against all claims, actions, liabilities, charges, expenses, losses, damages, and costs arising out of or in connection with a breach of this clause.
